I added skills but cannot complete my profile creation - the Next button is grayed out.
If you added at least 3 skills and the next button is still grayed out, it is possible that you need to select your top skills by clicking on them.
Once you select your top skills, the background on each skill selected will turn blue and a star will appear to indicate that it is a top skill.
By selecting at least 3 top skills. the Next button will turn blue, and you will be able to continue.
